We've become a favorite destination for birthday parties! Why? Well, partly because folks of ALL ages love the Kraay Family Farm! But it may also be because, as our gift to you, there is no extra charge for our birthday bonus features. Just purchase your tickets online (groups of 50+ receive a discount) and then take advantage of as many of the gifts below as you'd like:

Birthday sticker for the birthday kid (or adult!)
Wagons are available to load/unload supplies, cake, etc.
Availability to reserve a private tent ($100+ fee for 5-hour rental, based on availability).
Permission to bring in your own cake, decor, etc., when renting a party tent.

Groups of 50-99:

Group discounts are available for $2 off per person.

To receive the Group Discount, tickets must be purchased in groups of 50+ in one transaction.
The discount will be automatically applied online or at the gate.
(gift cards are available now, and tickets are available at the beginning of July.)
Ticket prices increase at the gate.

Tents available to rent: (20 x 20, 5-hour time slot, 3 picnic tables, and a serving table) Reservation system will be available beginning in June. Rentals are available starting July 15, 2024.

Groups of 100+:

Group discounts are available for $2 off per person.

To receive the Group Discount, tickets must be purchased in groups of 50+ in one transaction.
The discount will be automatically applied online or at the gate. Ticket prices increase at the gate.
(Gift cards are available now, and Tickets are available at the beginning of July.)

There are two options for purchasing tickets:

The Group Organizer can purchase all tickets online, download them, and either print them to give to their guests prior to arrival or send them via text/email to each guest or group of guests.
The Group Organizer can purchase tickets at the gate, and receive their wristbands to hand out to guests prior to them entering the farm. Tickets purchased at the gate are more expensive, but you will still receive the $2 per ticket discount. We do not keep tabs for groups.

Tents are available to rent (20 x 20, 5-hour time slot, 3 picnic tables, and a serving table). Our reservation system opens in June. Rentals are available starting July 15, 2024.

Saturdays and Holiday Mondays require date-specific tickets and occasionally sell out. We recommend purchasing at least 24 hours prior to the day that you wish to come, especially if the forecast is for good weather!

CORPORATE GROUP OPTIONS (100+):

The Group Organizer has a couple of options for their large group on a SPECIFIC DAY.

(1) The Group Organizer can choose to purchase all tickets at once (online or at the gate), take the tickets to the gate on the day of the event, and pick up the wristbands to hand out prior to guests entering the farm. If you choose this option, we have tables available for your group to set up at before entering the gate. Tickets purchased at the gate are more expensive, but you will still receive the $2 per ticket discount.

OR

(2) purchase tickets for their group using a unique link, download the tickets (all at once or in smaller amounts), and digitally forward them to the individuals or family groupings they wish. When requesting the unique link, the organizer can download as many tickets at a time as they wish, up to the agreed-upon amount. These guests will enter the farm as usual with the ticket they were given and receive their wristbands from the Ticket Booth attendants. In this scenario, the organizer does not have to hand out wristbands. Groups will be invoiced for the downloaded tickets on the day of the event. Payment is due upon receipt. Terms: Net 30 days. 3% charged monthly on overdue accounts.

Tents and/or BBQs must be reserved online prior to the event and are not included in the contract.
